The principles that underpin our practice

These principles are applied in every aspect of our work: shaping and designing projects, ongoing reflection and evaluation. Value for money is achieved because the dialogue supports a number of outputs and outcomes at the same time. For instance, a theatre of learning and the associated dialogue will serve to provide professional development for practitioners, accreditation for parents, community cohesion through inter-generational participation, the conscious experience of citizenship, and entrepreneurial experience for groups of parents.
